We offer full-color graphic printing services. The resolution we
print at is 600dpi, however the quality of the final print depends on the
quality of the files submitted.
How do my graphics attach to the display?
Our displays are covered with Velcro receptive fabric. You can use adhesive
Hook Velcro to attach your graphics to the display.
How long will my display last?
If handled properly, your display will last many years. As your image or
products change, you are able to update your graphics.
How do I order a display?
You can submit an order via e-mail: sales@doTradeshow.com.
What is the normal lead-time for production of a custom graphic and what is the
shipping duration?
Our normal lead time for production of a display is 14 business days or
less. We ship our printing material through UPS, DHL or FedEx. Usually it takes
2-5 business to ship the product to you.

How would I submit my artwork for printing?
You can send us your artwork by e-mail (under 4MB), on CD or disk via
overnight service, or upload using our FTP server. Other media will be
supported as needed. Once your artwork is received, we thoroughly review the
artwork for any problems. Please always be sure to reference either your order
number or company name with any artwork being submitted. For more information
about graphic preparation and submission, please check out the
Display Artwork Guidelines
What kind of software application do you use and how can we send the files?
We recommend Adobe Illustrator for your layouts. All vector files should be
saved in EPS format (Standard EPS or Adobe Illustrator) and should be fully
editable as they will be subject to being either scaled or rotated.
In addition to Illustrator, we also support most other Adobe products such as
Photoshop and InDesign. Quark documents that can be opened with InDesign are
also acceptable. Let us know if you have a different file format - we have
solutions for almost any file type. We can re-create them using our in-house
programs or you can use your own art team to create a layout that would lead to
a better result.
Please note, files created in programs such as Microsoft Word, Publisher, and
PowerPoint are usually unusable due to poor image quality.
